Shipping & Returns

WE ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK (Orders from outside the UK including Northern & Southern Ireland, Channel Islands will be addressed on a case by case basis as they are subject to extra courier charges. We also deliver large items with our own team. In this instance no money will be deducted from the customers card. The majority of our deliveries are made within 5 days but please allow up to 10 working days. Deliveries are Monday - Friday only, unless we stipulate otherwise. On some Home cinema kits and 37 inch TVs and upward, the delivery drivers may require assistance to take large items from the van to the premises doorstep. Delivery staff are not insured to enter the premises. If you request the assistance of the delivery staff and they agree to help, we are not liable for any accidents that may occur.
We cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery by the 3rd party couriers. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. Should you decide to cancel your order due to a fault with the courier company an administration fee will be charged to recall the item. If you have supplied incorrect delivery details we can change the address after dispatch but a fee of 10 will be charged.
Most destinations in the north of Scotland are subject to increased delivery charges on large items. On Occasion our team will be unable to deliver to 50 miles north of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Customers will be informed and given the option to proceed or cancel.
You may choose to have the product delivered to an alternate address. In this situation we will carry out extra security checks and land line telephone numbers will need to be supplied. We reserve the right to cancel the order at anytime if any security criterias are not meet. If an item is delivered to a place of work, clear instructions are to be given.
It is the customers responsibility to sign for the goods from the courier or our own delivery team. If you delegate this responsibility to any other person we will not be liable for any loss or damage of the goods. (This applies to all deliveries without fail)
IMPORTANT: Failure to be at the premises to take delivery of large items after we have informed of the deliver day, will result in a return delivery fee. You will be contacted to re-arrange. If you then decide to cancel the item a refund will be given less the delivery fee: This applies to all orders without exception.
Warranties & Returns:
All goods are covered by a minimum 12-month manufactures warranty. In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of the date of delivery via email in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund. After 14 days, should the goods become faulty we will put you in to contact with a local authorized repair centre. Please note that although your warranty covers both parts and labour it does not cover delivery and collection of the goods from the repairer and some service centres may charge for this. You, the customer, must pay any charge directly to the service agent if applicable. If the goods are returned to the warehouse at anytime we will only refund if they are un-repairable and a replacement model is no longer manufactured. All returns must be returned with its original packaging, to insure the product is not damaged on its returned journey.
